Division of Community Health Empowerment and Advocacy has important task to develop human resources such as health education and ministry, advocacy and gender equality. It also provides consultation in emergency situation that threatening community well being such as epidemics natural disasters.

Such programs are most successful when the community has planned and prepared its own contribution.

This division offers essential service and community health education through it clinics in urban area ( Abianbase and Dhyana Pura, Kuta) and rural area (Sega and Bongan village).

In addition mobile medical clinics travel to selected rural villages throughout Bali providing health care community education where such service do not exist.
